About this apartment rental
The corner of Luccoli 2 is a spacious and comfortable two-room apartment located on the fourth floor, with elevator, of a beautiful seventeenth-century building.
Very central, located in the most elegant and quiet area of the historic center, a stone's throw from the Carlo Felice theater, the main tourist destinations and convenient to public services. In a few minutes, on foot, you can reach Piazza De Ferrari, Via Garibaldi, with the splendid palaces of the Rolli, the area of the ancient port and the aquarium, the viewpoint of esplanade Castelletto or get lost in the maze of Genoese 'caruggi' that have inspired by the most famous songs by Fabrizio De Andre '.
The pearls of the Riviera can be reached by boats that leave regularly from the ancient port, or by train taking advantage of the proximity to both railway stations.
The area is entirely pedestrian, but paid parking is a few minutes away.
A living room with sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchenette equipped with basic necessities, a spacious double bedroom and a bathroom with shower complete the apartment.
Wi-Fi service, SMART TV, independent heating, washing machine and ironing facilities are available. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Roberta is a perfect guest. The apartment was spotless and equipped with everything needed. The interiors and the building are beautiful within an astonishing XVII century context. The location is fantastic for exploring the historical center of Genoa. Definitely suggested!

The apartment is not only charming and welcoming, but also comfortable and clean. It is located in a beautifully restored historic building, in the center of old Genoa. The welcome of the owner is attentive and warm .... There is nothing to change!
