Spacious and modern family house with 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms upstairs, and an open plan kitchen / dining / living area downstairs, with central gas fireplace, and another downstairs toilet.

Main living area opens up on 3 sides (3 x double french doors) to a large sunny deck which is perfect for both BBQs and kids play. An new outdoor Spa is an extra treat.

Just 10 mins walk (1 min drive) to 2 beautiful beaches (Browns Bay and Waiake) or a 5 minute drive to Long Bay Regional Park. Browns Bay village has 2 supermarkets, cafes & restaurants and several shops, as well as a weekend market.
