Overall, this is a reasonable value. What follows is feedback from owning and managing multiple properties for almost 20 years on VRBO. Much of what follows is recommendations for the owner. The unit faces West and gets very hot in the afternoon. There is no air conditioning, and no fans. We stayed in early June so I can’t imagine what July/August are like. The kitchen was not very clean. We brought many of our own cleaning supplies to clean up before cooking. The counters seemed like they had not been wiped for a lengthy period of time. The floors were also not very clean. If there was a broom or usable mop, we would have cleaned up during our stay. There is a washer but no dryer, and clothes take forever to dry. there is no line outside to hang things on. The kitchen has basics - one frying pan, toaster, drip coffee maker, and a few other items. There is enough to cook basic breakfasts and simple dinners. One thing we consistently received feedback on our properties is how well guests appreciated having many kitchen gadgets (spatula/turner, good cutting knives, cutting boards, can openers, cheese grater, etc.). We always cooked in our own units so we knew what we wanted to have. The kitchen has the basics so don’t plan on extensive cooking of gourmet meals. The location is relatively quiet at night which we enjoyed. There is a garage under the building but it is very challenging to navigate the parking. As I started, this is an overall value.
