Enjoy the view of a huge heated swimming pool, gulf waters 3 1/2 miles of white sand crescent beach, spectacular sunsets and wildlife sanctuary all from your balcony. All rooms are nicely decorated and comfortably furnished.
Our condo is equipped with everything you will need to enjoy a relaxing stay including beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler on wheels and beach cart to take your items to beach. All you will need is your personal items.

We were extremely pleased and satisfied with our choice to rent from Bob. Everything was as advertised. Will definitely use it again hopefully.

We had stay in condo two years ago. We liked it then and that’s why we came back. The place was clear and comfortable We will be back again.Thank u Bob

Given it was Marco Island, it was nice. Location of complex, to be called “beach front” is true, but you are about 2000+ feet to the water. The biggest disappointment was with the condo itself. The condo itself was nice, but there was almost nothing in it, I.e. 1 roll paper towels, 3 rolls toilet paper, 2 hotel size bars of soap and no dish detergent (either for the sink or dishwasher). Also, there was very little information provided for available amenities, correct number of beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, wagon, which the room had all, but even though I ask the question, I had setup rentals, but did not need them, so I had to go through process of cancelling. Being someone who has stayed in a number of VRBO's, this was a little disappointing and took away from my vacation, not to mention the scramble to get towels washed prior to leaving.
