The beautifully-furnished and air-conditioned unit is fully equipped with four-burner stove and oven, full-sized refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, WiFi, cable television, dvd player, dishes, utensils, pots, and pans; there are ceiling fans in both the living room and bedroom. Renters also have full use of the property, which features four-stall women's and men's shower rooms, gas grills, picnic tables, and a private inner courtyard with dining tables, umbrellas, and lounge chairs. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and maintained, providing a pleasant atmosphere for relaxation and conversation. Renters are required to bring their own bath and kitchen towels and sheets for a queen bed and two twin beds. Mattress pads, pillows, and blankets are supplied.
