We have stayed at the anchorage 2 for 20+ years and there is always changes some good some bad. We like the location to restaurants and shops. We always seem to have some issue but they are handled fairly quickly.

We love everything about our stay. It's very clean, well-designed and decorated, all equipment and utilities work (wifi, streaming, kitchen appliances, washer/dryer, etc.). It's very close to the beach and in a great, quiet neighborhood, close to shops and restaurant. Check-in and checkout are smooth. The only thing we hoped to be better was having the check-out at least at noon, not 10am, which is too early.
