Comfortable bungalow "Margret". In the resort, in a quiet, sunny position, 10 km from the lake, 11 km from the skiing area. Private: property, garden. Patio, terrace. In the house: central heating system. Parking at the house. Shop 500 m, grocery, restaurant, bus stop 100 m, thermal baths "Aqua Dome" 900 m, bathing lake 10 km. Tennis 1.5 km, riding stable 1.5 km, skisport facilities 11 km, ski bus stop 100 m, ski school 300 m, cross country ski track 200 m, ice rink 300 m. Nearby attractions: Outdoor Park 'Area 47' in 26 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge).
3-room house 100 m2, on the ground floor. Tasteful furnishings: entrance hall. 2 double bedrooms. Living/dining room with 1 double sofabed, Scandinavian wood stove and satellite TV (flat screen), hi-fi system and DVD. Exit to the garden, to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates). Bathroom, sep. WC. Terrace. Terrace furniture. View of the mountains. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi). Please note: non-smoking house. A big thanks to the property manager Viktoria who was most obliging and helpful, especially when I arrived unexpectedly early at the start of my holiday. The house was spotless and very comfortable and peaceful. Two supermarkets within easy walking distance, and the free ski bus to Solden and Obergurgl just 100 yards away. The only disappointing aspect was the relative shortage of basic provisions, especially with regard to toilet paper (only enough for 1 person for 4 days supplied), liquid soap (very important at the moment!), washing-up liquid and certain kitchen utensils such as a decent-sized roasting dish and (importantly) a corkscrew. Put those things right and you have a real winner!

This beautiful house was ideal for our skiing holiday of 4 people. It had everything you need for a week long stay and was in a great location, with amazing skiing areas only a 15 minute drive or easy access with the free ski bus too, which has the stop just behind the house. Also an amazing thermal spa just a 10/15 minute walk away. With skiing holidays you can spend a lot of time in the house and this was the perfect place for that. Definitely recommend this home for winter or summer holidays.

Das Haus war etwas versteckt, aber mit guter Parkmöglichkeit. Die Kontakte mit Haushälterin und Besitzerin waren sehr gut und sehr freundlich. Das Haus wurde sehr sauber übergeben. Eine Fußbodenheizung hätte dem schönen kleinen Häuschen gut getan, da es Ende August durchaus sehr kühl war. Preis/ Leistung stimmten.

Wir waren das erste Mal im Ötztal und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Von der sehr netten Vermieterin empfangen, bezogen wir das gut ausgestattete Ferienhaus. Alles war wie beschrieben, außer dass durch einen Neubau direkt davor das Haus sehr eingeengt steht. Die Zufahrt wurde etwas erschwert, wird aber wohl neu angelegt. Das und die teils losen Terrassenhölzer wären die einzigen Kritikpunkte. Ansonsten ist das Haus mit seinem kleinen Garten und der Sitzecke sehr schön und gepflegt und sehr zu empfehlen. Das Ötztal und speziell der Ort Längenfeld haben uns super gefallen. Im Ort gibt es genug Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ein kleines Freibad sowie die Therme. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle mal wieder.

Wir haben uns im Haus Margret wie zu Hause gefühlt. Es ist alles da was man braucht und super in Schuss und gemütlich. Die Lage ist für einen aktiven Familienurlaub ideal. Man ist ruckzuck auf Wander- und Fahrradwegen. Und das Beste: Kommt man nach der Wanderung zurück, kann man direkt ins nahegelegne Freibad gehen (5 Min zu Fuß). Sonst alles fußläufig gut erreichbar: Bäcker, Supermarkt, Restaurants... Kontakt mit der Vermieterin lief klasse. Sie war immer super erreichbar und hilfsbereit.

Wir mit unseren Kindern waren über die Weihnachtsfeiertage in diesem schönes Haus. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und der Urlaub verging wie im Fluge. Ideal für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder.

Super Urlaub, Haus und Gegend nur zu empfehlen! ***** Sterne

Super nette Vermieterin, Haus liegt in optimaler Lage und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Kleiner eingezäunter Garten mit Terrasse und Markise. Hübscher, nicht zu großer Ort, aber alle wichtigen Geschäfte in unmittelbarer Nähe. Und egal was man im Urlaub unternehmen möchte: Mountainbike fahren, Wandern, Schwimmen im Freibad oder Badesee, spazieren gehen, die Berge ringsum genießen. Alles ist möglich. In Sölden, 14 km entfernt, sind Gondelfahrten für andere oder größere, geplanten Aktivitäten vorhanden. Für Kinder gibt es auch genug Abwechslung innerhalb von einer halben Stunde im Umkreis. Frische Vollmilch direkt vom Bauern gegenüber. Nur zu empfehlen und für uns auf jeden Fall nächstes Jahr wieder fester Bestandteil unserer Urlaubsplanung.
