Alpine Elegance: Spacious Apartments with a View

We stayed in January 2024. Excellent spacious apartments with an authentic design, high ceilings, and a fireplace right in our room (second floor). We didn't use the opportunity to light the fireplace because the weather was very warm during our stay, but it can be lit at your request. Both our apartment and others have their own separate entrances. The wonderful and very friendly hostess Conny maintains a superb balance between attentiveness to guests and privacy. The balcony and windows of our room opened onto a large terrace, where one could spend excellent time lounging on sunbeds during the summer. The view from the terrace of the snow-covered mountains is dramatically beautiful. There is a separate room in the house for storing skis with boot warmers. Comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen. The parking spaces were very pleasing. Previously, we had experienced difficult access to the house (uphill) and the challenge of parking in limited space on ice/snow. Here, everything is very convenient. The location is simply fantastic: within walking distance are restaurants, shops, the renowned Aqua Dome thermal pool, ski bus stops, and scenic walking routes. If we are in Sölden / Langenfeld, we will definitely stay here.

Super cozy

The apartment is very fresh, bright and spacious. Sleeping mattresses are great, the kitchen is fully equipped, we also got a huge terrace with an amazing mountains view just for ourselves. It was very cozy as well, especially when Conny visited to set up the fireplace. For the ones skiing/snowboarding: there is a separate room (shared by the whole house), where you can put your boots on a heated sticks and also leave ski/board. Super convenient!

A nice place to start mountain hiking.

The location was perfect for us: quiet but within walking distance to the center of the village. Our host was very friendly. We had a nice balcony with view to the mountains. The WLAN did function very well.

Very calm place, just 10 minutes to Sölden ski area. Good place to stay when going to ski. Aqua Dome - amazing spa in the same town. Mini market a few minutes by walk as well as a very nice restaurant nearby. Big apartment, cozy equipped. Very nice owner.

Wifi not working properly in downstairs apartment. It was working well only in one room.

Die Hauswirtin war sehr zuvorkommend! Die Lage ist ruhig am Waldrand, perfekt für einen entspannten Urlaub.

Апартаменты находятся в центре города, но в тихом и уютном месте, шум дороги и туристов нам не мешал. Бесплатная парковка под навесом, что очень актуально в условиях зимы, комната для сушки лыжных ботинок и лыж на первом этаже просто супер. До подъеника в Зёльдене ехать 15 минут, до Обергургль 30, что тоже рекомендую, т.к. там прекрасные трассы и не так много людей как в Зёльдене. Супермаркет Спар и магазины с кафе до 10 минут пешком, в Аквадом минут 15 расслабленным шагом. В апартах есть кухня, духовка и посудомойка, что очень удобно. Хозяйка прекрасная и отзывчивая женщина, всегда доброжелательная, просто умничка. За растопленный камин и презент отдельное спасибо.

Все просто божественно, но нам бы хотелось чтобы была также и микроволновка.

Super schöne, neue und saubere Ferienwohnung, die von einer sehr freundlichen, sympathischen und engagierten Vermieterin geführt wird. Sie ist rund um die Uhr für ihre Gäste da und steht mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Ruhige Lage und nur zehn Minuten mit dem Auto oder Bus von der Talstation Sölden entfernt.
