Your apartment is located in the beautiful Duhnen district of Cuxhaven. The terraced house is located directly behind the dike and offers you an in-house, newly renovated and renovated wellness area to relax, with a swimming pool and sauna.
In this great and central location, we have completely redesigned the "Möwenkoje" holiday apartment for you in Nov. 15. It offers space for max. 5 people and has a lot of personality, charm and 5 cozy sleeping accommodations, spread over 2 rooms.
So that you can enjoy the great Duhner sandy beach to the fullest, we provide you with a free beach chair.

The Möwenkoje is located on the edge of the terraced house and can be easily reached by elevator.
In the bedroom there is a double bed and a full sleeper chair with slatted frame and mattress.
The cozy and charmingly furnished living room transforms into the second sleeping area in just a few simple steps. There is a comfortable sofa bed with slatted frame and mattress available. This area can also be separated from the rest of the apartment with blackout curtains.
There are also blackout options in all rooms.
So that you can also spend a relaxing holiday with children with us, there is a baby bed incl. Mattress, baby blanket and pillow, a high chair, changing mat and children's dishes are available. Of course, we have also installed childproof sockets in all rooms!
The large covered balcony offers a holiday feeling to look at through an unobstructed view of the small forest and the dike behind it. It invites you to relax, unwind and get together.
The apartment is non-smoking.
The wellness area is closed in the economy season (November).
Pets are unfortunately no longer allowed in the terrace house.

Hallo
Die Ferienwohnung hat alles was man braucht und das Schwimmbad mit Sauna war herrlich.
Inklusive Garage und Strandkorb was braucht man mehr.
Ich kann die Wohnung gerne weiter empfehlen was ich in meinem Freundeskreis schon gemacht habe
Alles bestens, super Urlaub 😎

Schöne kleine Wohnung - für 2 Leute ideal - max. Familie mit 1 oder 2 Kleinkinder. Für mehr Personen finde ich die Wohnung dann doch zu klein. Schön eingerichtet - Betten waren auch gut. Also - hat alles gepasst - würde wieder buchen. Allerdings zu bedenken: die dazugehörige Garage ist für ein SUW wohl zu klein!

Wir waren mit der Ferienwohnung sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist hervorragend. Sehr stadtnah und direkt hinter dem Deich. Die Ferienwohnung selbst ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Man findet alle wichtigen Küchenutensilien, Spiele, Bücher und was für uns auch sehr wichtig war: Babysachen. Der Hochstuhl war gut und das Kinderbett war ausreichend groß.
Ich gebe hier nur vier Sterne, da die Schlafcouch nicht sehr bequem war und vor allen Dingen, weil die Garage für Autos in normaler Größe zu klein ist. Wir haben einen Golf Sportsvan und kamen mit eingeklappten Außenspiegeln gerade so in die Garage rein, konnten jedoch die Tür der Fahrerseite dann nicht mehr öffnen. Zum Glück konnte man in der Nebensaison an der Straße parken, so dass wir darauf zurückkommen konnten.
Also zusammengefasst: eine sehr schöne wunderbar gelegene Ferienwohnung, bei der man jedoch in der Hauptsaison ein Parkplatzproblem bekommt.
