Haus Emil Duhnen

Terasse, Weg zum Strand,Ahoibad und Bushaltestelle war fußläufig zu erreichen, Betten waren bequem Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, Strandbahn Cuxi hält auch in der Nähe, Strandkorbnutzung am Strand inklusive Das Vermietungsbüro Hinrichs war super nett und hilsbereit!!!!

Flur im EG und OG: Der Flur war dreckig,lauter Spinnweben an der Decke, Teppich im Eingang ist nicht fest( Rutschgefahr). An der Haustür waren Fingerabdrücke mit Schokolade usw.,auch an den Lichtschaltern, Toilette unten: Spinnweben an der Toilette, Heizung dreckig und lila Farbe an der Heizung , Staub und Spinnweben auf der Dusche, Fliegengitter nicht richtig befestigt( sodass Mücken reingeflogen sind) Wohnzimmerküche: kühlschrank Verblendung ab, Dunstabzugshaube dermaßen dreckig, Überall Fruchtfliegen an der Dunstabzugshaube, Schubladen dreckig und für 6 Leute nicht so viel Kochutensilien, Tassen und Teller beschädigt( Porzellan abgesprungen), Plisees Kaputt und dreckig, Fliesen auf dem Fußboden in der Küche/Wohnbereich locker!! Außenbeleuchtung Kaputt! Schlafzimmer unten: Kissen dreckig( gelbe Flecken und bei allen Kissen waren nur noch Watteklumpen drin ) Schlafzimmer oben: Gardinen in den einem Doppelbettzimmer dreckig, Überall in allen Zimmern Wollmäuse,Schränke staubig, Im offenen Fensterrahmen lauter dreck, Bad oben: Sand im Abfluss, Staubig und dreckig, Duschschlauch defekt von der Handbrause, Deckel vom Abfluss defekt Dieses wurde persönlich,schriftlich dem Vermietungsbüro abgegeben. Die Reinigungsfirma hat in diesem Haus definitiv schon länger nicht sauber gemacht und die Mängel müssen definitiv mal behoben werden. Das Preis-Leistung- Verhältnis stimmt hier definitiv nicht überein. Wir haben schon öfters Urlaub gemacht in Cuxhaven und so etwas noch nie erlebt.(Siehe Bilder)Leider kann ich hier die 23 Bilder nicht hochladen! Mit freundlichen Grüßen Miriam

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Das Haus ist ideal für Familien mit kleinen Kindern. Der garten ist umzäunt und der Strand ist Fußläufig schnell erreichbar. Wenn die Baustelle an der Promenade abgeschlossen ist geht es noch schneller. Wir waren rund um zu frieden.
