The apartment is very quiet right on the forest. 2 parking spaces for cars. Dogs are allowed. Romantic sunset on the terrace side. A charcoal grill is available on your own terrace. The beach is 15 minutes by car. Shops can be reached in 5 minutes by car. From here you can explore the whole island of Rügen by bike.

Die Wohnung ist sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet und in einer sehr ruhigen Lage.
Leider wurden wir vom Vermieter aufgefordert, für unsere Hunde zusätzliche Kosten pro Tag zu bezahlen, die nicht im Inserat angegeben waren. Nachdem wir erklärt haben, dass wir bereits eine Pauschale für Haustiere bezahlt haben, bestand der Vermieter weiterhin auf einen zusätzlichen deutlich höheren Tagessatz mit der Begründung wir hätten keine Haustiere angegeben. Auf Nachfrage bei FeWo-direkt wurde uns bestätigt, dass wir sehr wohl Haustiere angegeben und die Pauschale gezahlt haben, was auch der Vermieter auf dem Portal einsehen kann. Leider haben wir das zusätzlich gezahlte Geld nicht zurück bekommen. Auch die mehrmals zugesagte Quittung haben wir vom Vermieter bis heute nicht erhalten.
