About this apartment rental
The apartment is located in a centrally located, newly built, 2-storey, detached house surrounded by meadows and fields. The apartment is distributed in a semi-detached house on two floors and has an area of 65 m². Guests can spend their rest undisturbed. The house is reached via a little-used dead end and is located in about 80m distance to the neighboring house.
Large windows to the south and west allow a clear view of the countryside and the vastness.
On the ground floor is the spacious living and dining area, as well as a modern fitted kitchen. On the same floor is the bathroom with toilet.
Another living room and a bedroom are located upstairs of the building.
An approximately five thousand square meters of land with garden offers plenty of space, invites you to play and run around, to relax and linger and can be used freely. Balcony and terrace are south facing overlooking a grazing ox and horses. At dusk, deer, rabbits and foxes offer a charming spectacle on the adjacent meadow.
Pets, especially dogs - we have a four-legged friend - are welcome.
For all excursions the central location is ideal. Whether you want to go to Stralsund with its many nice shopping opportunities and museums, or to Sassnitz, to the chalk coast, to Glowe or the Kapp Arkona, to make the day beautiful, you can reach everything in no time.
The environment, which invites to interesting excursions, delicious food, and in the beautiful nature, leaves the everyday stress of you, and leaves the days to a real holiday.
The island offers ideal conditions for bicycle tours. A well-developed network of bike paths allows extended and car-free excursions across the island. The "Rügener" bicycle bus brings you and your bike back home should you once "stranded" on the road and do not want to go back. In the regional train, bike transport is also allowed.

Sehr nette und aufgeschlossene Gastgeberin. Gibt gute Tips zum Erkunden der Insel. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, die Küche super ausgestattet. Der Garten konnte mitbenutzt werden, auch die Hunde konnten stromern.

Wir hatten 2 wunderbare Woche auf der Insel Rügen verbracht.
Bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich von unserer Vermieterin empfangen.
Auch unser Hund wurde liebevoll begrüßt.
Zur Begrüßung gab es frisch gepflückte Kirschen und Himbeeren.
Auch später durften wir von ihren Beeren naschen.
Frau Dimitrova war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir durften den gesamten Garten nutzen was für unsere Hund ein Paradies war.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Es wurde wirklich an alles gedacht, von Alufolie bis Wattestäbchen war alles vorhanden.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gern wieder.
Solche liebe Vermieterin können wir nur weiter empfehlen.

Zeer complete mooie woning. Gastvrije en behulpzame eigenaresse. Centrale ligging op het eiland voor het maken van uitstapjes.

Wir können uns unseren Vormietern nur anschließen. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge, egal, ob nach Kap Arkona oder Stralsund. Die beste Küchenausstattung, die wir bisher in einer Ferienwohnung antreffen durften. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin, die sich auch zwischendurch nach unserem Wohlbefinden erkundigt hat, da sie die Woche über nicht vor Ort war.
Alles in allem somit eine perfekte Woche auf Rügen.
