About this apartment rental
At the very top of the building is the "Seeadler," which, at 60 square meters, is the most spacious of the three apartments. Here you’ll have plenty of space to spread out, as well as a small balcony from which the countryside looks different than it does from the first floor.
The bathroom and kitchen are exclusive to this apartment, and of course, it comes equipped with a dishwasher. If you’d like to stay for a week or longer, the “Seeadler” has plenty of space for you.
Your dog is welcome—your parking spot is right next to the building!
Welcome to the Parchtitz Apartment Building, your home away from home in the heart of Rügen. Renovated in 2026, the house at Am Ruhwaß 5c features three vacation apartments spread over two floors.
The apartments measure 25, 35, and 60 square meters. Each has its own bathroom and kitchen with a dishwasher, and each has its own outdoor space: a terrace, a small garden behind the house, or a balcony on the upper floor. Through the shared entrance, you’ll enter a hallway leading to the doors of the three apartments.
Your dog is very welcome here. And your car can be parked in your own designated spot right next to the building, instead of on the street.
A note from us: Wi-Fi is currently being installed and is expected to be available starting in the fall of 2026.
