Bedrooms upstairs and bathroom downstairs. This was very difficult for me as a mobility handicapped person. It should be notedin the advertisement.

Comfortable spot near "White town" Putbus

Large and comfortable apartment, with almost everything you need. We felt good here. Good shower. Large balcony overlooking the big garden, great eg for breakfast in morning sun. All windows having fly screens. Parking right in front. Friendly contact. Central location on Rugen.

No airco and no microwave. Traffic (even though not a lot) passes right in front of the house and is clearing audible inside in the sleeping rooms.

Wir würden immer wieder gerne kommen

Die Wohnung in der wir waren war sauber und gemütlich. Man ist reingekommen und hat sich direkt wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung war super, wir hatten alles was man braucht. Der Verwalter war sehr nett. Wir hatten eine unkomplizierte An und Abreise

Der Spielplatz für die Kinder ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Mit Kleinkinder muss man schon doll aufpassen das sie sich an der ein oder anderen Stelle nicht weh tun. Wenn man sich aber nicht so lange am Tag dort aufhalten möchte, ist das für ein bisschen spielen okay..Das ist aber auch das einzige was nicht ganz so schön war.

Abgesehen von den Kleinigkeiten wirklich Tip Top. Ist zu empfehlen.

Die Größe war perfekt und die Unterkunft war gut ausgestattet.

Kleine Details- der Vorhang im Bad muss getauscht werden und die Duschkabine gehört so langsam auch einmal gewechselt- die Klobürste ebenfalls.

Ruhe und Erholung abseits des Seebadtrubels

Der Eulenhof ist eine sehr gepflegte ruhige Anlage am Ortsrand von Güstelitz (Putbus). Die Ferienwohnung ist komplett ausgestattet. Wir hatten über die Terrasse direkten Zugang zum großen Garten, der in Sachen Erholung und Urlaub ebenfalls viel zu bieten hatte: über separate (überdachte) Grillecke und kleinen Kinderspielplatz bis zu gemütlichen Strandkorbarealen. Wer nicht zwingend im Tubel der Seebäder wohnen möchte, findet hier viel Erholung und erreicht diese mit dem Auto trotzdem in kurzer Zeit.

Leider ist der Garten nicht eingezäunt, was bei Besuch mit Hund schnell zu einem ungeplanten Abenteuer werden kann.

Alles in allem eine süße kleine Unterkunft mit allem was man braucht.

Die Unterkunft bietet alles was man braucht um sich ein paar Tage selbst zu verpflegen. Der Garten ist toll mit direkten Zugang.

Aufzupassen gilt jedoch, dass es sich beim großen Schlafzimmer um ein Durchgangszimmer handelt, man also nur darüber in das kleine Zimmer gelangt. Zudem werden vor Ort nochmals Kosten für Handtücher und Bettwäsche, sowie Hunde erhoben.
