In this panoramic apartment, you and up to 6 guests can enjoy all the comforts of home and a fantastic view of the ocean during your vacation. Spanning 120 m², the apartment features high-quality furnishings and top-of-the-line amenities for your vacation. The bright and spacious living area is furnished with a cozy sofa set and a flat-screen TV. Free Wi-Fi is available.
You can enjoy the stunning water view right from the couch and the adjacent dining area. The fully equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop with an oven, a refrigerator, and many other kitchen utensils.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms—one with a comfortable double bed on a raised platform, and the others with single mattresses also on raised platforms that can be pushed together as desired—as well as a bathroom with natural light, a shower, and a toilet. There is also a small guest restroom in the apartment.
A natural-light bathroom with a tub and shower, as well as an additional shower room, ensure there’s no morning rush.
When the weather is nice, enjoy your breakfast on your private terrace with a view of the sea.

The schoolhouse was built in 1839. Until its closure in 1932, children from the villages of Wreechen and Neuendorf attended school here.
In 2013, the historic, protected building was lovingly renovated. Much of the original structure was preserved, and natural building materials such as clay and wood create a healthy indoor climate. Today, the building offers space for three cozy vacation apartments with stunning ocean views.
During the cold season, a fire crackles in the wood-burning stove, and guests can relax both body and soul in the on-site sauna.
Just a few minutes’ walk away is the unspoiled Neuendorf Beach with its stretches of white, fine sand. The gently sloping beach is ideal for families with children. Neuendorf also offers several areas along the high cliffs, from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea and the island of Vilm, located about 5 km away.

Alles super. :) Freundlicher Service. Gern mehr als 2 Spültabs und 2 Rollen Klopapier für ein WE. Salz, Pfeffer, Öl wären auch gut.

Eigentlich möchte ich gar nicht soviel positive Werbung für das Alte Schulhaus machen, denn es soll unser "Geheimtipp" bleiben, denn wir werden garantiert wiederkommen! Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an sehr wohl gefühlt. Einziges Manko: Unser Aufenthalt war viel zu kurz!
