'La Scuola', the former village school situated 630 m in a secluded location on the edge of the three-soul village Greppolischieto. Cotto and natural stone emboss a stylish ambience. The imaginative made-up holiday home offers 9 rooms with an extraordinary spaciousness (eg. As for 2 families or small groups).
Four terraces offer at any time during the day relaxing sunny or shady place, as well as the romantic south pre-built conservatory.

Siamo stati a casa di Eugen per 15 giorni ad Agosto. Ci siamo trovati molto bene Eugen e sua moglie ospitali e attenti, attenzione alla pulizia della piscina e subito presenti per le nostre esigenze. Bellissima posizione per chi ama la tranquillità e se si sceglie una buona compagnia per condividere la vacanza. Di giorno giri turistici nelle belle località umbre, alla sera rientrare a casa per godersi fantastici tramonti gustando un barbecue e un bicchiere di vino...parere condiviso anche dai miei amici e dai nostri figli: ottima vacanza!!

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der "alten Schule" sehr genossen. Alles entsprach voll und ganz den Beschreibungen und Fotos und wir fühlten uns durch die netten Vermieter sehr gut betreut. Das Haus ist super schön und sehr geräumig - da haben wir alle (6 Kinder/Jugendliche plus 2 Erwachsene) gut reingepasst - man kann sich aus dem Weg gehen, aber auch wunderbar gemeinsame Abende am großen Holztisch verbringen oder einfach im herrlichen Garten sitzen und den Blick über die Landschaft genießen. Für Erfrischung und Spaß sorgt dann auch noch der große Pool - einfach herrlich! Und warum eigentlich immer Toskana? In Umbrien finden sich herrliche Städte und Dörfer in malerischer Landschaft, die zu interessanten Ausflügen einladen und das Wetter ist sehr angenehm - selbst im Sommer nicht zu heiß. Wir wären sehr gerne noch länger geblieben!!!
