You will stay in independent apartments, each with a fully equipped private kitchen. The property offers Wi-Fi, TV, fan, two air-conditioned apartments, washing machine, step-free indoor access, barbecue, swimming pool, and outdoor shower. The pool measures 6 x 12 meters, with semicircular steps suitable for children, and is open from mid-May to the end of September, with dates varying according to weather conditions. The pool has no closing days or hours and is cleaned daily.



For families with children, there are 2 cots, 2 high chairs, a shared playground, and a ping pong table. Outside, you will find a private garden with panoramic views of the hills, olive groves, and Umbrian woods.
