Located in Lisciano Niccone, on the border between Umbria and Tuscany, this 550 m² villa can accommodate up to 24 guests in 12 bedrooms (10 double beds and 4 single beds) and has 8 bathrooms. You will stay in independent apartments, each with a fully equipped private kitchen. The property offers Wi-Fi, TV, fan, two air-conditioned apartments, washing machine, step-free indoor access, barbecue, swimming pool, and outdoor shower. The pool measures 6 x 12 meters, with semicircular steps suitable for children, and is open from mid-May to the end of September, with dates varying according to weather conditions. The pool has no closing days or hours and is cleaned daily.
For families with children, there are 2 cots, 2 high chairs, a shared playground, and a ping pong table. Outside, you will find a private garden with panoramic views of the hills, olive groves, and Umbrian woods.
You can book the villa exclusively for families, friends, or business meetings; the villa features a common room with an adjacent kitchen, highly appreciated for group meals and activities. Please note that the main hall and adjacent kitchen are not included in the price and their use is available on request at the time of booking for an extra fee.
The villa is only 3 km from the village, making it ideal for those who want a holiday surrounded by greenery while staying close to amenities such as bars, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, and banks.
