It is 5 minutes walk from the Ste Victoire and many hikes are proposed. Geographically, you will be 25 km from Aix-en-Provence and 15 km from Saint Maximin.
Of recent construction, it has every comfort: a kitchen, a beautiful living / dining room with TV and DVD, 2 bedrooms with a bathroom and 2 WC (at each level).
On the ground floor is the entrance, kitchen, lounge / dining room, a terrace overlooking the garden which is accessed via a staircase.
Upstairs 2 bedrooms (one very large with double bed, the other with 2 singles) and a toilet, each overlooking lovely views of surrounding vineyards.
The house is fully furnished, with plenty of storage.
Books, DVDs, magazines and leaflets on the area are at your disposal.
The Villa is located opposite the church of the village offering typical charm of Provence.
You will have a job in Puyloubier, a tobacco shop, a small supermarket, a small park for children, a large square in front of City Hall petanque, cooperative and two bakeries.
