The modern and very well maintained apartment is located on approximately 800m² of land on the outskirts of Zinnowitz. From gorgeous long Baltic Sea beach and town center are each 1.1 km away. Supermarket 700m. Parking on the property.

The 3-room apartment on the ground floor (about 67m²) is very good, modern and bright. Satellite TV, CD, radio.
Hallway, living room / bedroom with a couch / sofa bed, dining area and terrace exit, kitchen (4 ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster) with the terrace, double bedroom, small single room with a bed, shower / WC. Tiled floor, underfloor heating.
It is a Non smoking apartment. Children can come from 3 years. Pets are not allowed.
Bed linen and towels are to be brought along or bookable on request.
Partially covered terrace (south-west orientation) with furniture and access to a small lawn. Little common bicycle storage.

Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen, die Wohnung ist perfekt und geschmackvoll ausgestattet, alles da was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht.

Sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, prima für 3 Personen. Es gibt ein extra Schlafzimmer und ein kleines Zimmer mit einem Bett sowie eine Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer.

Wir haben eine geschmackvoll und komplett eingerichtete Ferienwohnung vorgefunden. Keine abgewohnte Couch der Oma und zusammengesuchtes Besteck. Die Lage zu Supermarkt, Bäcker und natürlich Strand war gut und ruhig. Wir haben uns prächtig erholt und kommen gerne wieder.
