These vacation apartments, furnished with great care, are located not far from the center of Zinnowitz. They are ideal for beach vacations as well as for exploring the island of Usedom. The apartments measure approximately 83 m². Both the first floor and the attic feature a bedroom and a bathroom, allowing 4 adults and, if needed, a toddler up to 3 years old to enjoy a relaxing vacation in this Baltic Sea resort.
On the first floor, you’ll find the spacious living and dining room with an open kitchen and access to the south-facing balcony. The built-in kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, etc. On the balcony, you can enjoy the wonderful Baltic Sea weather at any time of day.
This floor also features one of the two bedrooms, which has a large double bed (with two single mattresses), and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
A staircase leads to the attic, which features a second bedroom with a double bed (with a single continuous mattress, measuring 1.60 m x 2.00 m), as well as a second bathroom with a walk-in shower.
A travel crib and a high chair are available free of charge for your little ones.
Wi-Fi access is available.
A parking space is located in front of the house. There is also a lockable bike shed.
