About this apartment rental
The Leuchtturm vacation rental, a bungalow-style unit, is located on the outskirts of the Baltic Sea resort town of Zinnowitz on the property of the owners.
The apartment features a lovely private terrace with a cozy seating area, a patio umbrella, and a barbecue area. There is a bike rack right in front of the entrance where you can park your bikes. The property is fenced in, except for the driveway.
A free parking space for your car is located in front of the property.
Please note that due to the loft and the associated STEEP space-saving staircase, children must be at least 4 years old to stay overnight!
The initial supply of bed linens and towels is already included in the total price. Pets are not allowed.
“Leuchtturm” vacation rental with terrace and grill:
This light-filled vacation apartment is located on the first floor and features a combined living and dining area equipped with a kitchenette that includes a microwave, a 2-burner stove, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a toaster, a kettle, and a coffee maker.
A cozy sofa area with a flat-screen TV and a dining table with 4 chairs invite you to relax in the living room. From the living room, a STEEP STAIRCASE (suitable only for children ages 4 and up!) leads to the open loft, where there are two single beds and a small closet.
Also on the first floor is the master bedroom with a double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) and a wardrobe. A travel crib can also be set up here. The small, naturally lit bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.
On the terrace, you’ll find a seating area with a parasol and a grill. A bike rack is located directly in front of the apartment.

Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 8:00, and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
