About this apartment rental

Unser Haus ist in ruhiger Lage unmittelbar am Wald und der Rodelbahn gelegen. Die dazugehörige Terrasse bietet Ihnen mit Südhanglage und einem sehr schönen Ausblick Gelegenheit zur Entspannung. Der Zugang zu Spazier- und Wanderwegen und Langlauf-Loipen liegt direkt vor der Haustür. Ein umfassendes Wellnes-und Freizeitangebot können Sie in der näheren Umgebung wahrnehmen.Weitere Informationen dazu erhalten Sie über www.hochschwarzwald.de. Auf Anfrage stellen wir Ihnen gern Nordic-Walking-Stöcke oder Schlitten zur Verfügung. In ca. 15 Minuten erreichen Sie zu Fuß den Bahnhof und die Ortsmitte (3 Min. mit dem Auto).
1,5-Zimmer-Appartement mit separatem Eingang, gemütlichem Wohn-/Schlafbereich mit Essecke und separater Sitzgelegenheit. Kleine, komplett ausgestattete Küche, Bad mit Dusche und WC, überdachte Terrasse mit schönem Ausblick.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.. die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen wunderbar geeignet, die Küche sehr klein und nur allein nutzbar..und auch die Dusche kann nur von schlanken Menschen gut benutzt werden... die Kücheneinrichtung müsste überholt werden. Man kann eine wunderbare Ruhe mit tollem Ausblick und einer wunderschönen Terrasse und Umgebeung genießen.

Ich habe zehn Tage in Hinterzarten verbracht und habe mich in dem Appartement sehr wohl gefühlt. Neben dem ausreichend großen und gemütlichen Wohnraum, in dem sich auch Lesestoff sowie ein paar DVDs finden, gibt es eine schöne Terrasse mit wunderbarem Blick ins Tal. Dank des schönen Wetters konnte ich dort in der Sonne sitzen und frühstücken. Die Ausstattung der kleinen Küche ist vollkommen ausreichend, um sich dort selbst Mahlzeiten zuzubereiten. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal, da man dort sehr ruhig wohnt und gleich loswandern kann. Zu Fuß kommt man relativ schnell zum Bahnhof, wo sich auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten finden, und da ich ohne Auto anreiste, wurde ich von Herrn Rotzinger am Bahnhof abgeholt und am Abreisetag auch dorthin gebracht. Überhaupt fühlte ich mich bei meinen freundlichen Gastgebern gut aufgehoben und werde gerne wiederkommen.
