The apartment is located on the 7th floor and has a large south-facing balcony (8m wide) with beautiful sea views.

We have stayed at this apartment a number of times and have never had any issues nor ever been disappointed.Short walk to the beach with a number of great restaurants in the area.

This apartment is well positioned with a short walk to the beach. The apartment has just had air conditioning added, is clean & well maintained.We have stayed here multiple times over the years because it is a great place to relax.

Alfred was very helpful and Mascha, who met us, was lovely.
The apartment was really well-equipped and had the most wonderful view of Poniente Beach.
There was everything we wanted for our 9-night stay and the shopping trolley was ideal for our trips to Mercadonna

Estuve con mi pareja en Septiembre de 2017, el apartamento como tal esta bien preparado tiene de casi todo, le falta una cosa importante un buen aparato de aire acondicionado, el que tiene vale para poco, aparte de consumir muchos kw. El apartamento esta bien situado a unos 100 metros de la Playa de Poniente, pero en una calle que tiene bastante trafico desde muy temprano hasta horas tardias y no digo cuando viene un fin de semana entonces hay muchísimo ruido que se oye desde el apartamento, ya que tanto el único dormitorio que tiene y el salón estan abiertos a la terraza, la cual tiene un cerramiento antiguo de aluminio con unos vidrios sin cámara que no aísla nada por eso se oye tanto el ruido de la calle, aparte del calor que entra por la terraza que unido a que no hay un buen aparato de aire acondicionado muchos dias el calor era insoportable.
