The two new apartments in the house Vis a Vis. Detached house on its own spacious grounds with parking and outdoor seating directly opposite the apartment complex "Alte Molkerei". Can be used individually in each of the two apartments Kontor and Kräuterkammer or via the corridor connection door as a whole unit of the house. For each apartment we have created a cozy open space with seating, parasol and barbecue in the lavishly landscaped garden. Sun loungers in the garden complete the offer. A small pond with water feature is located in the garden. Comfortable and cozy apartment on the ground floor: about 58 m², 2 to 3 beds, additional cot for a child up to 3 years is possible Allergy friendly friendly Non smoking apartment no pets On the ground floor - living area, sofa, satellite TV, stereo, DVD player - dining area for up to 8 people - fully equipped kitchen area with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and kettle - 1 bedroom with double bed (1.80 x 2.00) and satellite TV, 1 bedroom with single bed (0, 90 x 2.00) and satellite TV - bathroom with shower, toilet, infrared waves hot plate and hair dryer - large hallway with wardrobe - small hallway with cupboard Outside: - furnished terrace in front of living room and kitchen - barbecue ,
An idyllic patch of silence and seclusion on the island of Usedom is the peninsula of Lieper Winkel with its villages. A real paradise for young and young at heart families, anglers, hikers, bike tourists, and recreation seekers on Usedom. The attractive environment between Peenestrom and Achterwasser is characterized by arable land, meadows, pine forests, on the banks wide reed belts and wildlife and fish wealth. The Lieper angle can be reached via a main traffic connection which is partially designed as an avenue. The place Liepe as namesake of this beautiful spot is located in the center of the peninsula. Some tranquil bathing places, for those who love peace, are within 2-3 km. Restaurants and two small shops are located in the neighboring villages. (Aldi, Plus, Post and doctors are in the city of Usedom 13 km away.) 2.5 km away is Rankwitz Harbor. The Alte Räucherei serves delicious fish specialties. A well-stocked fish shop offers fresh and even smoked fish on all days. In Liepe is the oldest documented church, this is a field brick building without a tower. The seaside resorts are easily reached from here in about half an hour (28 km).
