About this cabin rental
Little Loj retreat is situated directly along the shores of picturesque Lake Placid. The main house boasts four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a grand living room with floor to ceiling fireplace and a four season porch with its own pizza oven! Walk along a private path directly to the boat house and enjoy private access to the lake, swimming off the dock and access to kayaking, canoeing, and paddle boarding. Bring down a cocktail and take in the beautiful sunset views!

Compound trails connect to state owned Peninsula Nature Trails, which connect to an infinite number of walking, hiking or cross country ski trails.
Washer/dryer on ground floor
Wrap around car drop off in front of the house, and parking on lower level in front of the garage.
In-floor radiant heat on all three levels
Little Loj is located in the Town of North Elba. Renters need to abide by the noise and parking regulations set forth by the town. There can be no outdoor noise after 10 PM. Parking needs to be off the road and only in the designated parking area.

We had an amazing time relaxing at this beautiful home. It was the perfect setting for my father-in-laws 80th Birthday. The access to the dock to fish, a fall canoe ride and the nearby trails made this feel lovely and secluded. We can't wait to come back again!

Little lodge is a 5-star property from its pristine location to the beautifully renovated and decorated lodge. The house is perfect and attention to detail is impeccable. Our family agreed that this was the best vacation ever!

Everything was great. The cabin looks exactly like the pics. We will come back and stay again as long as the master bed mattress gets replaced. Worst mattress ever and didn’t compare to the amazing property. It was like baby elephants had slept in it before us. I woke up every few hours moaning in intense pain because the mattress was so VERY awful. The knives and cooking Utensils were terrible in the kitchen as well. Other than that 5 stars all around. We love the place so much and all the memories lake placid holds. We were married on Hawk Island. We love little loj and recommend to anyone but please change the mattress please

We arrived to a well maintained property with all snow plowed out of the way. We were then greeted by a nice note and wine. The property is right near a grocery store and not far from downtown. Would definitely rent again and would love to see it in the summer!
