Steps away from Morey's Surf side Pier , water park and Boardwalk. No need to across any street. This is the best location you can ask for. Great for two or three families to share or for family reunions.

Location was one block from beach and boardwalk
Two free parking passes was a plus
Kitchen was well stocked with dishes except glass ware and wine glasses.
Kitchen pantry was large and convenient
Half bath was on 2nd floor and not on 1st floor bedroom.
It would be helpful if VRBO would furnish a floor plan of each level.
Jimmy was very prompt and helpful answering questions and easy check in with garage code

The townhome is newly furnished and very roomy. Easily accommodating our two large families. Downstairs room is great for the kids to hangout. Just steps away from the Morey's Surfside pier. Owner is easy to deal with and provides extra parking. Can't wait to return again.
