About this apartment rental
The apartment is very well equipped. It contains entrance hall, hallway, living room with dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and terrace. In the basement there is a storage room and parking space.
Entrance hall: shoe closet, mirror and silencer
Living room: 3 seater sofa and two chairs, 50 'TV, wireless internet (internet), music system, dining room with 6 chairs and sideboard. Direct access to the terrace
Kitchen: Equipped with fridge / freezer, oven, microwave, ceramic hob and dishwasher. In addition, it is richly equipped with small electrical equipment such as kettle, kettle, hand blender, toaster and more. The kitchen also has a sink with washing machine, dryer. Direct access to the terrace
Bedroom 1: Double bed with quality mattresses (180x200) bedside tables and built-in wardrobe. Direct access to the terrace.
Bathroom 1: direct access from bedroom 1, has shower, toilet and bidet. Hairdryers are available.
Bedroom 2: two single beds with quality mattresses (90x180) that can be put together into a double bed (wedge available). Bedside tables and built-in wardrobe.
Bathroom 2: bath and toilet
The terrace (32 m2) has round dining table with 6 chairs, gas grill with wood stove. In addition there are and two armchairs and a small table.
In the basement there is a car park and a storage room for suitcases, golf equipment and beach furniture / toys.
An hour's drive from Malage airport is the apartment in Terrazas de Alcaidesa. It is walking distance from the Alcaidesa links golf resort with two 18 hole quality courses. The area is guarded and a gate is locked into the apartment area. Inside the area there are three swimming pools, one of which is a children's pool and a paddle. Beach is only 3 km away. In the village of Alcaidesa there are restaurants, pharmacies and groceries. San Roque is 8 km away and is a cozy old town with restaurants, shops, health services and sights. Sotogrande is 12 km away with its unique harbor. Golf courses Sotogrande 10 km and Valderama are 8 km away. Los Barrios is only 14 km away and has many large shops such as Carrefour, Media Markt and more.
Golf: Tenants get a discounted price at Alcaidesa Links and Heatland. Within 15 minutes drive you have all the famous courses such as Real Club de Golf Sotogrande and Real Club Valderama. 25 minutes away is Finca Cortesin Golf. In addition, there are many other nice and cozy golf courses to choose from throughout the region. d
A 20-minute drive takes you down to Gibraltar with sightseeing and shopping.

This apartment is in a complex of eight building that is spread out and pleasant. The "Urbanization" includes numerous such complexes. You definitely need a car.
The smaller pool has a wonderful lift for getting into and out of the water, water powered, not electrical. Very nice.
The apartment has no heavy sun exposure, so stays pleasant without even using the air conditioning.
We would stay here again. One week was not enough.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this apartment . It was very clean , had lovely furnishings and was as described . The pool area was fantastic and was never busy and the lifeguard always friendly . Communication with the owners was brilliant , all questions answered promptly . Would stay here again .
