About this villa rental
Ideally located on the 'Presqu'ile de Giens', this recent construction (2008) is in a walking distance (5 minutes) to the 5km long sandy beaches of Almanarre and La Capte. The closed and decorated garden of 1500 square meters has a wonderful pool with a spa/jacuzzi and a maximal depth of 2,40m. Every room in the villa has an independent air conditioning. This property will enjoy your moments of family during your holidays.

I stayed in the villa with family and another family for one week in beginning of June 2015. We where 4 adults and two kids, one baby and one 3 year old.
We had plenty of space; we actually had two spare bedrooms that we didn’t even use ☺
The house is clean, the pool is warm and big. The location of the hose is perfect, close distance to Hyeres and the surrounding beaches.
We will most definitely come back

Our holiday at this property was a memorable one !This is a superbly located well equipped villa .The proprietor Samuel is a pleasure to deal with and is intent on making the holiday a pleasure for everyone .
I would highly recommend this property for a perfect family stay ,there is space for all ,young and old .
We will be back .
