Small Estate which feels quite familiar right from the start.
It is located right at the ocean which give easy access to the sea.
Elsie was trying hard to help wherever she could and is a great host/agent for this property.
However, what prevents me from giving a 10 on the Equipment is that some of the furniture/equipment needs exchange, because they are worn out (TV cabinet, dust bin, etc.) and the lower rooms need some drying out, they smell a bit moldy.
Other than that, the house is spacey with a great view/location and some furniture/equipment is pretty nice and functional.
Electrical Garage door opener was missing. Had to open by hand.

Lovely welcome. Beautiful views. Very quiet and peaceful place.
Was able to check-in an hour early. Spacious apartment with every bedroom facing the ocean. Woke up to the sound of waves every morning. Easy access to the private beach.
The owner collects a breakage deposit which is not seemless to you get back. I was told to wait 7 days but it's now well over 2 weeks. There seems to be no interest in returning my money. Very disappointing after a fantastic stay.
