everything was timeously done the house keeper NTOMBI was pleasant and helpful the security at the building was phenomenal i would book again this was actually you get what you see on pics kind of thing there are some minor issues that need to be addressed with the unit but overall 10 out of 10
simply the fact that the aircon was replaced with fans ,but it being winter it didnt really bother me ,the bathroom showers need shelves for shampoo and soaps

The view is stunning, it is tastefully decorated and overall comfortable.
For a 6 sleeper, we only had 1 access card / set of keys. That was quite frustrating. Also, the cleaning lady uses the same set so we had to go back to give her the key in order to clean up. ( they had forgotten to tell us about this at check in.) Also, aircons need to be checked, as there will definitely be needed in summer.

The apartment had the perfect view of the canal the beach and the harbour. you could wake up and drink coffee by the balcony and also have sundowners by the balcony. there was space for everyone . the kitchen was very comprehensive it had a washing machine too and an ironing board. I wish there was a dishwasher.
