Alfama Secret

Très bien équipé, surtout au niveau de la cuisine, la localisation est idéale pour tout faire à pied. L'appartement est très spacieux.

L'appartement est un peu sombre

Es muy amplio para una pareja. La ubicación es muy buena, en un barrio con mucho encanto de Lisboa. Ademas que estaba muy limpio. Nos dejaron 2 capsulas de café para el primer dia, además de azúcar, aceite, sal, vinagre… Está recién reformado y todo funcionaba muy bien. Además de que es acogedor.

En el suelo del WC rebosaba agua y apareció un cerco amarillo con el paso de los dias.

Twarde poduszki i zbyt miękkie łóżko. Ruchome krany i klapa w toalecie. Mało naczyń w kuchni.. Klimatyzator na środku mieszkania nie dociera do sypialni.

Very central in Alfama and walking distance to the main streets. It’s decorated nicely inside but it’s literally putting lipstick on a pig.

Firstly, no one tells you that the property is on a dump / scrap site (pic attached from the “patio”). Literally the apartment is situated on a derelict piece of land filled with rubble, broken tiles, cut down trees etc. which leads nicely into another issue - bugs! We found multiple cockroaches in the apartment and had to call the owner. He was exceptionally helpful I must say and give him credit! You can’t use more than 3 plates on the stove because it trips the electricity for the whole apartment and you have to go to the DV board to switch back on the power. There is NO air in the apartment it is hot as hell!!! You can’t keep the 1 window open above your bed because it’s directly on the road so it’s noisy and anyone can just see you. The aircon is a make shift self installed one which doesn’t help at all. Then they advertise an oven but there is no oven. We asked and were told that the microwave has a feature or something but was not even close to an oven.
