We chose the tree house and it was great. The windows have mosquito netting so can be left open and there's a fan too. It was such a novel place to stay and the breakfast was great!
The treehouse is in a place called Pousada do Barroco so it was not obvious that I was at the right location. Because they seem to have two options, my reservation wasn't properly in their system so they originally gave me an ordinary room (which seemed lovely...very clean with fridge etc).
When I told them I'd booked the tree house, they gave me the option to choose, letting me know in advance there was no hot water and no air conditioning.

The silence at night, I haven't been on the tree house, the first day when I came and I saw the room, I decided to ask to be at the building next to because it wasn't Air-conditioning inside (it was very hot in Salvador). The man that day, allowed me to change it and was nice from his side.
No signal for WIFI in the room, for Tourist like me who has Gigas limited is a big problem. It was very hard to communicate with the people in the Hotel because They don't understand English and Spanish too.
