Villa Le Palme – Marina di Ostuni
An exclusive, one-of-a-kind summer villa with striking Mediterranean architecture and a large private garden, located just 200 meters from Pilone Beach.
The beautiful summer villas near Pilone Beach are only 4 km from the picturesque ancient fishing harbor of Villanova (16th-century fortress) and about 9 km from the charming “White City” of Ostuni, built across three hills.
Villa Le Palme stands out for its unique Mediterranean architecture, elegant yet welcoming ambiance, and a meticulously maintained garden filled with a variety of plants. True to its name, the garden features a diverse collection of palm trees, along with vibrant bougainvillea, lush oleanders, shaded wisteria, tall pine trees, and more.
A paved stone path framed by evergreen pittosporum shrubs leads directly to the villa’s veranda. In just a few steps, you’ll reach the sandy beach, lined with dunes and typical Mediterranean macchia vegetation.
Perfect for those who want to be near the sea without compromising on the comfort and charm of a beautiful villa.

A Villa Full of Character
From the veranda, you enter the spacious living room, tastefully designed and bright. A corner features an elegant glass dining table, and the walls are adorned with oil paintings and other artworks. The comfortable sofa invites cozy hours by the fireplace.
The interior is both welcoming and refined, with a selection of antiques adding unique charm.
The villa offers approximately 135 m² of living space (excluding terraces and garden) and has 3 bedrooms with 6 beds.
The bright, airy kitchen with direct access to the terrace is spacious, well-equipped, and beautifully decorated in white and yellow tones. A dining table and chairs are provided.
There are 2 bathrooms: a larger one with a bathtub and a smaller one with a shower. A washing machine, ironing board, and iron are also available.
Villa Le Palme also features a second furnished veranda at the rear of the house and a shaded pergola covered in wisteria, suitable for 2 cars.

Electricity is charged based on the meter at the end of the stay: Euro 0.60 per kWh.

Unsere durch das Online-Inserat beförderte freudige Erwartungshaltung ist durch die positiven Eindrücke vor Ort bestätigt worden. Dass man im Meer nicht baden konnte weil der Strand mit Algen verschmutzt war, hat wohl damit zu tun, dass im Oktober die Hauptsaison vorbei ist; dafür konnten wir die herrliche Ruhe genießen.
Das Feriendomizil präsentierte sich angenehm sauber und gepflegt. Die Ausstattung mit Geschirr ist für 2 Personen ausreichend.
Mit großer Freude haben wir vom mediterranen Garten Gebrauch gemacht, am Morgen zum Frühstück bei Sonnenschein unter den Bäumen und am Abend auf ein Glas Wein auf der Terrasse. Tagsüber waren wir unterwegs zu den touristischen Anziehungspunkten (Castel del Monte, Trulli ...).
Durch die Vermittlung in Deutschland sind wir bestens auf unser Urlaubsdomizil vorbereitet worden. Sprachprobleme vor Ort ( mit den Vermietern) wurden mittels Ferngespräch nach Deutschland gelöst.
Meine Frau und ich hatten in dem geräumigen Haus herrlich viel Platz. Wir würden das Domizil aber auch zwei Ehepaaren oder einer kinderreichen Familie als Ferienort empfehlen.
