About this apartment rental
When you arrive there is ample parking in front of the apartment. In front of the entrance of the apartment, there are 2 patio chairs and a small table for morning coffee or evening relaxing. The apartment has an Air Cleaning System that captures allergens, and a Charcoal filter to remove odors. UV-C light technology germ killing. Easy smart lock entrance and a fire & CO2 detection system. Before each guest arrives a thorough disinfectant cleaning of the apartment is performed extra disinfectant wipes are provided. Enter into a living area with a leather sofa, chairs, and flat-screen TV & wifi. The kitchen is updated with new cabinets appliances dishes and pots/pans. Private bedroom with queen bed, flat-screen TV with streaming & wifi, providing a restful night's sleep. The fenced backyard with a locked privacy gate provides a heated salt pool, outdoor patio table, a grill, separate laundry facility( charge $1.50 ea). Beach chairs & towels are provided to take to the beach.

Went for a long weekend with my wife to get away from the cold. The property was exactly as promised and super clean. Janice the host was great! There are three units. Janice lives in one of the units and the other two are one bedroom units. They are not big but perfect for two people. Unit has everything you need. Provided beach chairs were great for the easy walk across the street to the beach. We rented a car so we could explore the area’s restaurants and bars. There is free transportation on The Circuit that works like Uber but is free just tip the driver. They pick you up in a golf cart. Highly recommend the Lucky Fish for breakfast lunch or dinner it was our favorite Tiki bar/ restaurant. The beach House is also a great rooftop spot for food and drinks. I enjoyed the location. While not "upscale" it is a very small modest place in a good location.

Loved it except looked forward to a hot tub as listed in listing and there was none. Also pool was restricted to certain use hours ending at 7pm which should be pre-listed and although a cleaning fee is added in you are expected to really clean the unit to include sweeping, wiping and washing everything down.
