It's located in a safe neighborhood, 1 block from the beach! This ground floor unit is one of four smaller ground level units on the property. (no one above you). It has a king bed, sectional sofa and a large living room.
Fully furnished, clean, cute, newly remodeled, one bedroom, one bathroom, ground-floor condo with central air conditioning and stackable washer and dryer.
It has a remodeled full- size kitchen with a full-size stainless steel refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave. It has everything you will need; pots, pans, dishes, coffeemaker, toaster, dish towels, soaps, beach/bath towels (4 of each), beach chairs, There is also a picnic area, just a few steps outside, with gas BBQ grills so you can enjoy cooking the fresh fish you just cought. Has high speed internet and cable with a 42 inch flat screen TV.
Our professional cleaners take there time and thoroughly clean each unit between guest. This including but not limited to washing all liens, disinfecting all hard services, door knobs, scrubbing appliances, kitchenware, dishes and bathrooms. As well as, changing filters and running commercial Ozone machines when necessary . Access to the unit is not given until the unit is clean.
Located steps away from pristine beaches (to the east), and the Intracoastal Waterway (to the west).

Five stars for super fast communication, comfort of property, ability to cook, location to beach, and easy parking. 16th Street beach entrance allows kite surfing, which is fun to watch.

Very clean property. Very good communication with management. Lovely area, great location. Beautiful nearby beach. Manager knew we were traveling w a toddler & brought us sand toys & a high chair!! Miniature golf was great fun.Would definitely stay there again.

What a great place! Perfect for our needs. Beautiful, smart, updated space! Clean. Comfortable. It smelled good. Great bedding. We slept amazing. It had everything we needed. A/C was great. Will definitely stay again! Thank you Dan for your amazing support and hospitality. Great communication. Great accommodation. 👍 5 stars!
