It's located in a safe neighborhood, 1 block from the beach! This ground floor unit is situated in one of four smaller ground level units on the property. (no one above you). It has a king bed, sectional sofa and a large living room.
Fully furnished, clean, cute, newly remodeled, one bedroom, one bathroom, ground-floor condo with central air conditioning and stackable washer and dryer.
It has a remodeled full- size kitchen with a full-size stainless steel refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave. It has everything you will need; pots, pans, dishes, coffeemaker, toaster, dish towels, soaps, beach/bath towels (4 of each), beach chairs, There is also a picnic area, just a few steps outside, with gas BBQ grills so you can enjoy cooking the fresh fish you just cought. Has high speed internet and cable with a 42 inch flat screen TV. Most pets welcome for additional charge.
Our professional cleaners take there time and thoroughly clean each unit between guest. This including but not limited to washing all liens, disinfecting all hard services, door knobs, scrubbing appliances, kitchenware, dishes and bathrooms. As well as, changing filters and running commercial Ozone machines when necessary . Access to the unit is not given until the unit is clean.
Located steps away from pristine beaches (to the east), and the Intracoastal Waterway (to the west).

Dan was just an excellent host! Our questions and requests were answered quickly and he was on the spot immediately with anything we needed. Couldn't have been happier with how accommodating he was!

We really enjoyed our stay at beach block bungalow. It had everything we were looking for. It was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with any necessities needed. self check in and out was great. Great location, close to the beach. I would definitely recommend this property, and would for sure, stay there again.

Host was very welcoming and accommodating. Bed in need of repair, frame falling apart. Outside was a mess upon arrival, got cleaned up after complaint. Barbeque grill not working upon arrival but was repaired, worked great after repair. Remote Heating thermostat turned on the TV, host changed out tv then worked fine. Thin walls between units. Very clean which mattered most, was OK overall. Very nice host, very responsive.
