About this house rental
This vacation home with pool is located in Labin, in the district of Vinez. It is located in a beautiful location and offers its guests a lot of privacy. In the basement there is a very comfortable, practical and spacious kitchen, which is connected with a loggia with glass wall and the dining room. On the upper floor there are bedrooms, which are equipped with practical furniture. The floors are connected by an interior wooden staircase. From the large terrace you can enjoy the view of the swimming pool and the enchanting landscape. A large, partially fenced, garden surrounds the house. It is located at the very back of the street, so children can play and romp here without any worries. Enjoy the view of the old town of Labin on the hill, which you can reach on foot in just half an hour. The beautiful pebble beaches of Rabac can be reached in a few minutes by car.

Wir waren im Sommer 2022 im Haus zu Gast. Das Haus ist wirklich ruhig und gut gelegen. In der Nähe sind gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. In wenigen Minuten erreicht man mit dem PKW die Altstadt von Labin. Zum Strand empfiehlt sich die Fahrt nach Rabac oder noch besser zur Plaza Huboka bei Sveta Marina.
Uns hat das Haus gefallen, weil es insbesondere sehr geräumig ist. Die Einrichtung ist funktionell, aber deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Dies gilt sowohl für die Möbel incl. Küche als auch für die Einrichtung der beiden Bäder.
Der Pool ist großartig und wurde zweimal wöchentlich gepflegt/gereinigt.
Eine Nachbarin kümmert sich um die Schlüsselübergabe und sie reinigt das Haus auch zuverlässig. Sehr freundlicher Kontakt.

Es ist ein schönes geräumiges Haus. Leider ist es in die Jahre gekommen. Viele Dinge haben nicht funktioniert z.B. Licht im Kühlschrank oder Backofen, Kabel die vom Küchenschrank herunter hängen, Wlan nicht besonders, TV eine Katastrophe. Keine Handtuchhaken im Bad........Es sind viele Kleinigkeiten, die den Charme des Hauses schaden. Das ist echt Schade. Wir haben uns aber trotzdem wohlgefühlt da es sehr ruhig und trotzdem zentral gelegen war. Und der Pool ist toll. Auch wenn die Beleuchtung nicht funktioniert hat.
