Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich! Wenn man etwas bemängeln möchte, dann evtl, dass zu wenig Geschirr vorhanden ist. Hier könnte man aufrüsten. Der Internetempfang ist eher schlecht, was wohl an der Lage liegt. Wenn man hier Urlaub machen möchte, sollte einem bewusst sein, dass man zum Strand mit dem Auto ca 20 Minuten benötigt. Insgesamt ist das Haus sehr gepflegt und sauber und schön! Der Grillplatz ist sehr großzügig und gemütlich. Der Pool ist toll. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.

Met 2 gezinnen van 5 personen hebben we twee fijne vakantie weken gehad op deze prachtige locatie met veel privacy. Schoon, netjes en opgeruimd huis. Airco in huis is heerlijk. Bijzonder aardige eigenaar die er naast woont en lekkere wijn maakt. Heerlijk zwembad met buitenverblijf. Diverse supermarkten dichtbij. Stranden van Ravni en Sv. Marina ideaal voor kinderen, ca. 20 minuten rijden.

We hebben een zeer fijne vakantie achter de rug in Labin. Het vakantiehuis was tip top in orde. Heel fijn dat het uit twee aparte wooneenheden bestaat. Het zwembad gaf een heerlijke verfrissing. De eigenaren zorgden ervoor dat alles in orde was en trakteerden ons op lekkere zelfgemaakte wijn en grappa.

Wir waren zwei Familien mit je zwei Kindern im Alter von 10 und 8 Jahren im Haus Verbanac. Das Haus mit den zwei getrennten Wohnungen war für uns optimal! Die Wohnungen und der Pool waren sauber und das Grundstück gepflegt. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und haben uns die ganzen zwei Wochen wohlgefühlt. Das Grundstück ist groß und war mit dem Pool der Hit für die Kinder. Auch vom Hund auf dem Grundstück waren die Kinder begeistert. Vielen Dank für rundum gelungene Sommerferien! Reisetipps: Bis zum Meer in Rabac sind es ca. 8 km. Mit dem Auto ist man in 15 Minuten da. Empfehlenswert ist auch ein Besuch in der Altstadt von Labin.
