Single-family house "Marina", 2 storeys, built in 2018. In the district of Vinež 1 km from the centre of Labin, 6 km from the centre of Rabac, in the residential district, 6 km from the sea. Private: property 3'000 m2 with lawn and trees, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 135 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 01.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, trampoline, washing machine. Motor access to the house (30 m via unmade road). Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 200 m, supermarket 1 km, bus stop 2.4 km, pebble beach 6 km. Groups of teenagers on request only.

Deze woning is echt fantastich, Wij (gezin met 4 jongens van 10 - 17). Bij aankomst was al duidelijk dat het huis super schoon was, de eigenaren gaven ons meteen een hartelijk welkom en tips over de omgeving, er lag al drinken in de koelkast. Het zwembad is heerlijk, de buitenkeuken met BBQ is super, daar hebben we veel gebruik van gemaakt. Tijdens het verblijf hebben we 1keer een probleem gehad (technisch) de eigenaar was zelf op reis, maar stond na 1 uur al op de stoep en regelde het meteen.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub erneut in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus wird von den Besitzern sehr gut gepflegt und bietet viel Platz zum Erholen, Baden, Grillen, ... Die Umgebung lädt zum Wandern und Baden ein. Der Kontakt zu den Besitzern war wieder sehr angenehm. Sie waren sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und bei Fragen schnell erreichbar. Es wurde wieder deutlich, dass ihnen das Wohlbefinden der Gäste sehr am Herzen liegt. Das Haus und der Ort sind absolut empfehlenswert.

Das Ferienhaus Marina ist top ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen! Sehr schöner Pool, tolle Aussenküche, gute Grundrissgestaltung für einen sorglosen Aufenthalt von 6 Personen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, sie kümmern sich um jedes Problem. Bis nach Labin ist es nur ein kurzer Weg; dort findet man alle Einkaufs-möglichkeiten. Wir haben eine schöne Zeit in Vinez verbracht!
