About this apartment rental
Beautiful apartment with garden in a cottage on 2 floors, in a village where not allowed to circulate with motor vehicles. Quiet assured even in high season. Ideal for couples alone or with two children. Ideal for 2-4 people.
In the garden there is a covered area that provides protection from the sun and can have lunch and dinner outside (There are 2 tables each with 4 chairs, one for inside and one for the garden).
Ideally located to reach the most beautiful beaches in the North of Sardinia because we are in a central position between Palau and Santa Teresa Gallura (At 10 km from this towns).The apartment is at 2 km from the sea as the crow flies in front of La Maddalena archipelago (Islands Spargi, Spargiotto, Budelli, Razzoli, Santa Maria and Magdalene).
In Residence very quiet, nice and with all comfort for 4 people. Please note that the 4 people are composed of a bedroom with double bed and a sofa bed 2 places in the living area.
In the apartment you will find a collection with the information to reach the places of interest (Beaches, restaurants, crafts, etc.). You can also rent our apartment on the first floor with large terrace covered with 4 seats (same internal composition).
In the apartment there is all you need for a stay of several weeks.
You only need to arrive with your bed linen and towels.
The apartment is perfectly in order, in fact:
In January 2014 we redid the facade, the roof terrace, the discharges of sanitary ware, painted the interior.
In September 2013 we revised the pump autoclave (private water tank).
Every year is checked and tidied the garden.
The house consists of a living room / kitchen with double sofa bed, bathroom and a bedroom, each room has the heat exchanger (air conditioner).
In the bathroom there are:
• sink
• water
• bidet
• Shower (With rigid doors)
• washing machine
• boiler
In the garden of the apartment there is a reservoir of 500 liters with pump, so there is the danger of remaining without water.
And 'it inserted in a new complex of terraced 2 floors and has its own private parking space and at the request of the cellar. to deposit any bicycles, surfboards, etc.. In the cellar there is direct access from the street (near to the car park)

Appartement dans un endroit calme et apaisant, propriétaire facile à joindre, un peu plus de difficulté avec celui qui remet les clé à cause de la barrière de la langue mais faisable.
Idéal pour 2 personnes, bien placé pour faire le nord est et nord ouest et leurs plages. Il faut une voiture impérativement mais le lieu est vraiment sympa dans une zone montagneuse
