Anwesen "Oase der Ruhe in der Natur" mit Terrasse
The holiday home is located in a quiet residential area in the hinterland of Palau, in a hamlet of Bassacutena. The sea can be reached by car in about ten minutes.
The country house consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a dining room with table and chairs and a kitchen. The blue and orange bedrooms each have a double bed (180 x 200 cm), a desk with a view of the landscape and wardrobes. The red bedroom offers two double beds (160 x 200 cm), a satellite TV and a stereo system. The two bathrooms have showers, one of which has a bathtub. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas cooker (five burners), electric oven, microwave, kettle, food processor, refrigerator and freezer. The spacious dining room has a table with chairs and a sofa. All rooms are heated. On hot days, the room temperature is always pleasantly cool. Free Wi-Fi is available.
The house is surrounded by a lush garden. It is equipped with bamboo beds, hammocks and an outdoor shower. There is also a swimming pool. There are two covered seating areas: a poolside terrace and a large veranda equipped with a table, chairs and a gas barbecue with lava stone. Four parking spaces are available on the fenced property.
Grocery shops, bars, restaurants and a petrol station are about 2.5 km from the house. Palau is about 16 km away. The holiday home is ideal for those seeking peace and relaxation in a rural environment, but also close to the sea (about 10 km). It is particularly suitable for children. The owner lives nearby and is happy to provide information or organise excursions of all kinds, such as kayaking on the river or boating around the archipelago.
