About this villa rental
Protaras Holiday Villa Buena Vistas is a detached, luxurious, home-from-home holiday villa with a pool in a fantastic location on the seafront, right in the heart of Protaras. The famous, extremely popular Fig Tree Bay is just a 3-minute walk away. This villa is also close to the Capo Bay Hotel, a popular wedding venue.
This cosy villa is in a very convenient location with local bars, shops and restaurants just a short walk away. Sleeping up to eight people, the villa is ideally suited for families.
Ground Floor:
* Cosy living room with three-piece suite, satellite TV, DVD player and stereo system
* Dining area with table seating six
* Sitting room with two comfortable sofas and a sofa bed
First Floor:
* 3 bedrooms (2 double and 1 twin) 2 of which have side sea views
* Bathroom with bath and shower
Outside:
* Veranda with sun loungers, tables seating 8 persons and an umbrella. There are unblocked side sea views from the veranda.
* Small (non-enclosed) garden which wraps around the villa
* Stone-clad barbecue
* Pool (5m x 6m)
This property is close to the fabulous Fig Tree Bay beach, with its gently sloping fine sand and turquoise-coloured water, which is just around the corner from the villa, an absolute paradise for beach lovers, families and watersports enthusiasts.
Please note that although the villa is just 100 metres from the sea, due to the villas that have been built next to the villa, our guests now need to walk about 200 metres to get into the sea.
Villa Buena Vista is located in a quiet cul-de-sac on the coast of Central Protaras, a mere 2 minutes' walk from the famous blue flag beach of Fig Tree Bay know for its crystal clear waters and white sand beach. The Central Protaras Strip is within walking distance where you can find all restaurants and taverns, pubs, supermarkets, shops, clinic, pharmacies and much more. Situated in the most exclusive, residential area in the heart of Protaras and yet far from the crowd and noise Villa Buena Vista is ideal for a family holiday or a romantic break.
This property is suited for families. No parties or celebrations of any kind for any reason are allowed without the consent of the host. This is a residential property and we require guests to respect the neighbourhood and keep noise to acceptable and reasonable levels at all times. Failure to observe these rules may result in the guest being asked to vacate the property without any compensation.

We absolutely loved it here!! The location was amazing. The villa was much bigger inside than we initially thought - great for our large family. Very quiet and a really short walk to the beach. There was a local shop nearby for essentials.
We were promised directions to the villa via whatsapp on the day of arrival but this was never received... so we struggled a little to find the property at 3am. A sign on the outside of the gates saying "Buena Vista Villa" would have helped loads. A few very minor things, downstairs bathroom door handle was broken and the plug on one of the lamps was also broken and looked a little dangerous to touch. We still really loved the villa though!

We enjoyed our holidays, especially the kids loved the private pool. There is a bay very close where you can see turtles from time to time, which was great!
Also many nice beaches close by.

Pool larger than expected which was a wonderful surprise, bedrooms spacious overall we had a great stay and would return
Villa showing some age issues corner of roof crumbling some kitchen cupboards need replacing.
The main area of improvement is the driveway used by builders to "dump" their materials and equipment also pictures show settee in dining area but this wasn't in the villa
