Protaras Holiday Villa 196

A fantastic location in a quiet area which is only a few hundred metres from Fig Tree Bay. We visited in late May. The views from the balconies and terrace are fantastic The villa itself is really spacious with a large indoor sitting area and kitchen which is well equipped. Beds are comfortable too. It also has a Cypriot BBQ. A must if cooking souvla

The villa is superb - great facilities and worked perfectly for us. Some minor decoration could use attention but nothing functional - everything was perfect in that regard. The villa location was also superb - we stayed at the north side of the Protaras strip last year and enjoyed that, but having now done the south side would return to the south side in future - quite possibly this same villa as everything was literally a 5 minute walk away. We love Cyprus and Protaras and will be back at some point.

Only complaint is that no cleaning took place at the villa during our 2 week stay. We think it would have been nice had cleaners come in at the halfway point to clean the floors and replace dirty linen, etc. 2 weeks is a long time without linen replacement.

Beliggenheden var helt fantastisk. Huset og poolen også virkelig dejligt.

Amazing location, great views, good outside space, good support from agents

This property needs some investment, property is up for sale and shows all the signs of it. Not worth nearly £3000 a week. Had power problems all week. Dining table only seats 4. Limited outside seating Lack of kitchen utensils BBQ is not fit for purpose No pool lights Limited lighting outside We had maintenance visits 3 times in 7 days to correct issues Would I recommend the agents - YES Would I recommend this villa - NO
