Luxury sea view villa with private pool

Ses Vistes is located in the quiet, year-round town of Badia Blava, right on the cliffs. If you can tear yourself away from the magnificent view of the Bay of Palma from every floor, this place is the ideal base for exploring the island.

With 190 square meters of living space, you can expect three bedrooms, two bathrooms, as well as a dining room and a spacious living room. All bedrooms offer direct ocean views: wake up to watch the fishing boats in the picturesque bay, and in the evening, you can also see the lights of the nearby capital. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with box-spring beds (1.8 m x 2.0 m and 1.6 m x 2.0 m), one of which has its own walk-in closet and en suite bathroom. The third bedroom features a children’s loft bed with a pull-out bed that can accommodate up to three children. All bedrooms have built-in closets and offer ample space for all your luggage.

The dining room has an extendable table and is located right next to the fully equipped kitchen with bar stools. From there, you also have direct access to the large, sunny terrace by the pool, where there is another dining table and a Weber grill. There is also a lounge area and lounge chairs. The pool itself is heated, features an electric cover, is lit at night, and is equipped with a counter-current system and hydromassage jets. It doesn’t get any better than this.

The living room features a leather sofa set and is equipped with a modern home theater system. Here, you can also enjoy cozy evenings in winter when it’s too cold outside.

On the 80-square-meter rooftop terrace, there is another dining table and a seating area. A large hot tub has also recently been installed here. The view from here is particularly spectacular.

Behind the house is a large yard, which is pleasantly shaded in the evening and offers plenty of space to play soccer. The washer and dryer are conveniently located between the kitchen and the yard. When you come back from the beach, doing laundry is a breeze.

The furnishings consist exclusively of designer furniture and are of very high quality. Around the pool, the ground has been leveled and landscaped with grass, making it ideal for exercise. This way, you can enjoy yoga with a view of the sea while keeping an eye on the kids in the pool at the same time!

The house is just 10–15 minutes from the airport. The Maioris golf course is right nearby. The beaches of Son Antem are also just 10 minutes away. Also in the immediate vicinity are the Mhares Seaclub and Cap Rocat, with its two luxury restaurants. There are many cozy restaurants and bars in the village and near Maioris. A fitness club is also within walking distance. The winding paths of Badia Blava, which lead directly to the sea, are also within walking distance. Here, you can sunbathe on the public terrace at Cala Blava and also swim along the cliffs.

To the west, you can reach the city of Palma—with its museums, restaurants, clubs, and harbors—in 20 minutes. Playa de Palma is just a 10-minute drive away, and if you wish, you can enjoy the hustle and bustle of S’Arenal without hearing a sound in the house, as there is a headland between the two.

To the east lie the beaches of Es Trenc. Connoisseurs head to the far end of Ses Salines rather than the crowded Ses Covetes. Also nearby are the Dragon Caves (Coves del Drac), the beaches of Sa Rapita, and the ports of Portocolom.
