The first floor is an open design and features a spacious living room with comfortable sofas, a large TV and a fireplace for cooler afternoons out of season, dining room with a table large enough to accommodate all guests and a living room a modern, spacious and fully equipped kitchen with a small breakfast table.
There is direct access from the dining room to the large outdoor terrace with a perfect outdoor dining area overlooking the pool.In the hallway is a living room with a sofa, there is a guest toilet conveniently located next to the main living room.
Following the hallway is the master bedroom with air conditioning and full bathroom en suite with beautiful views, spacious walk-in closet, large sliding doors facing directly to the pool and garden.Each floor is accessible via internal stairs..
