We loved the location, the house was beautiful. It had nearly everything we could ask for. And the wildlife was awesome: deer, eagles, quail and bunnies!
This property is listed as sleeping 6 but the third “bed” is a hard futon type thing. Not a double bed. We had 4 adults and one tried to sleep on the sofa. Also, the ice maker did not work. I am sure it was a filter issue.

The parking is a little tight but manageable.

House is great. Only complaint is there are three rentals on the property. And the fire pit and hot tub are shared. The oyster house is the main house and is amazing....
The view is great. Was bummed that the beach has no access. It's private. But the view was amazing and peaceful...amazingly quiet at night.
