We had a lovely two weeks in this comfortable and well equipped gite. The pool was a highlight. The children enjoyed playing in the woodland area, which was good for shade in the hot sunshine. Edmond and Claudine were very helpful. There are two large bathrooms, one upstairs with a shower and one downstairs with a bath, which was useful with a large group staying here.

This was our second visit to the property. As a family of 9 - 6 adults and 3 children, one with severe disabilities, we found the house exceptionally clean and well equipped. The pool is huge and cleaned every evening. The children loved playing hide and seek in the vast grounds. Communication with the hosts was excellent. We are seriously considering returning next year! Beautiful property and fantastic stay

We drove from Scotland to spend a week here in July 2020. From the photos, you can see the house is set in large gardens, with a wide variety of fruit trees, and various places to wander around. The pool is outstanding, and was perfect for our two teenagers who spent much of their week lazing by it and enjoying its warm water. Inside, the house has everything needed for a great stay. It's well equipped and the bedrooms upstairs are particularly large with fabulous views of the surrounding countryside, and the pool area. The owners Frederic and Brigitte met us on arrival and showed us around, helpfully answering all our questions and then leaving us in peace to enjoy a wonderful week. As the property is situated right on the edge of Bournan village, you are moments away from lovely countryside, with fields full of millions of sunflowers! Highly recommended. We would love to return..

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et en gardons un excellent souvenir. La propriété est agréable et bien plus grande que ce à quoi on s'attendait. Tout est très fonctionnel et facile d'entretien. Nous étions 4 adultes et 3 enfants. L'ombre offerte par les arbres et les sous bois nous ont permis d'être à l'abris du soleil aux heures les plus chaudes. Malgré certaines installations vieillissantes (planche des WC, bâche piscine, tente solaire, portes accès piscine), nous n'avons manqué de rien et quand nous avions des questions, très rapidement des solutions ont été trouvées. Nous recommandons à toute personne qui cherche un écrin de paix à la campagne. Supermarché à 10minutes, plusieurs marchés pendant la semaine à 20minutes et des villages et villes à visiter à 30-45 minutes.

Nous sommes venus passer 1 semaine complète dans cette très belle maison. Toute les pièces sont très bien équipées, nous ne manquions de rien, de la cuisine aux chambres en passant par les salles de bain. Nous avons même pu faore des pâtisseries ! Nous avons pu profiter du calme et de l'espace offerts par ce petit coin de paradis. La piscine est évidemment le bonus et nous avons eu la chance d'avoir un temps idéal toute la semaine et chaud pour se prélasser ! Les contacts avec Brigitte étaient très faciles grâce à sa réactivité, sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse. Nous pouvions aussi compter sur la gentillesse des voisins Edmond et Claudine que nous remercions encore. Nous reviendrons !

La maison est localisee dans un petit lieu-dit sans vis a vis, proche d'un champs de tournesols. L'equipement grande piscine, balancoire et trampoline dans un jardin spacieux ont fait la joie des enfants. Les proprietaires se sont montres tres accueillants et attentifs. Je n'ai jamais vu une cuisine aussi bien equipee et l'espace dans la maison a permis de reunir toute la tribu familiale sans jamais avoir l'impression de se marcher les uns sur les autres. Elle est ideale pour prendre l'air et se reposer tranquillement. Je recommande chaleureusement cette maison.

We were three families renting this house looking for comfort, calm and sufficient space to comfortably live together for one week. All of our objectives were achieved! The garden is spacious, the pool is huge and the house is very functional and sufficiently well-organised to comfortably house 12 persons. The owners / hosts are gracious, helpful and extremely responsive. The house is conveniently located for visits to historic towns and castles. The surrounding are offers very nice walks and bike routes. We would strongly recommend this house for a family holiday where you can combine peace, calm, rest with cultural and outdoor activities.

Nous avons passées d’excellentes vacances en famille. Nos enfants étaient ravis... Accueil très chaleureux. Très belle et très grande piscine (15mX5m) sans vis à vis. La table de ping-pong, le trampoline et la balançoire ont fait la joie des enfants. Cuisne plus que bien équipée, chambres très spacieuses pour les enfants. Petit bémol la télévision ne fonctionne pas. Nous reviendrons.

"L'accueil par le propriétaire est parfait : il a été ponctuellement sur place mais d'une discrétion absolue !!! Nous étions 6 adultes et 6 enfants ce qui convient parfaitement à cette maison (les enfants ont dormi dans le dortoir mais des lits étaient encore dispo dans les chambres lit double). La piscine est une (grande) piscine au sel, idéale. On est à 10km d'hypermarché et dans le bourg (200m à pied) il y a une épicerie qui fait tout. A recommander sans hésitation."
