407, "Tillett," stays close to the roots of the original Nags Head Rental Homes with only minor modifications from its original 1940's build! With a prime Outer Banks location, this home sits on a large stretch of land offering plenty of back-yard space for family activities, all while being across the street from the ocean with only 1 lot between! This home sits diagonally across from the beach access, which is also next to the Nags Head Fishing Pier (that also features a restaurant and tiki bar)!
Due to its classic nature, this 4-bedroom home offers relatively smaller bedding accommodations for guests, but makes this up with welcoming charm. Enjoy morning "rocks" on the porch rocking chairs and swing, while the family prepares a day for the beach, or have backyard cookout while guests enjoy playing in the backyard.
407 is located in the heart of Nags Head, and is very close to restaurants, shopping, watersports, golf, and so much more!

Perfect house with perfect location

Location was great...needs a fan in the bathroom. Needs better directions for garbage cans and we had garbage in our cans from previous renters. One bedroom needs a bigger single bed for 2 adults.....outdoor shower and hose in front was a plus......nice dining room comfortable living room plenty of room in the house... overall our trip/experience with house
was great and location was perfect im planning to rent this property again thank you

Keep kitchen door closed with the fans running to keep place cool . Watch out for hot days. Close to fishing pier and beach access

We absolutely loved this property! Very quaint and cozy, perfect location. The only downfall, and it really wasn’t an issue is one bathroom.
