For a beach vacation "The Bowman" has it all:
4 bedrooms split by the living room, a large central great room, a good kitchen and most importantly location! Did I mention location? Its only a 5-minute walk to the beach! The place is super clean and the host is very responsive. Five stars all around.

We have stayed for our 4th time at the Bowman cottage and love it! Hope to visit again next summer!

The owners made this rental feel like home: a note and welcome gift, clean and recently refreshed rooms, well appointed kitchen with everything you’d need to cook with, new comfortable beds and pillows (you’ll need to bring your own towels and sheets). They had clear and timely communication with a helpful guidebook to the house and an easy to follow checkout list. The house location and layout was exceptional for a family. It’s a split floor plan design with two rooms and a bathroom on either side of common and kitchen. There was parking in the driveway for 4 cars (even got two of them out of the elements parked under the house) and the laundry and outdoor shower were awesome. The house was an easy two block walk to the beach, one block to a huge playground, and built in a quiet friendly neighborhood amongst the live oak trees. Grocery, restaurants, jockey’s ridge, nature conservancy trails were all within a 5 min drive. We were so thankful and blessed to stay at this home and look forward to another stay. We would recommend It for any families looking for a quiet retreat near the beach.
